The main aim of education is to produce men and women of Culture. But it cannot be assumed that every educated person is cultured in the sense of the word. Culture connotes the attainment by a person of development of Physical, mental and spiritual faculties as well as desire on his part to promote similar development in all others around him. A cultured person therefore seeks and strives not only for his own improvement but also for the improvement of society in which he lives.

The purpose of education is not training young men for livelihood but to prepare them for life. It should emphasis intellectual development besides the simultaneous growth of mental and spiritual faculties.

The need of the day is a Good Teacher. He and he alone can and should save the nation from so many difficulties confronting it by producing right type of citizens who, in whatever field they are placed would maintain the high ethical and moral standards discipline and character that are absolutely essential for the growth of the nation in to virile , dynamic and progressive country.

remember that life is not simple and easy going as they would like it to be so, in the present complex world. They should also realize that there are no short cuts to their goals. They should learn to work hard to realize their ambition and face all situations boldly, calmly, patiently and , if possible with a smile. Life, they should understand is a struggle, They should accept it; Life is a challenge, they should dare it; life is a duty- they should perform it; and life is a promise – they should fulfill it.
